We're looking for an experienced, bilingual HR Generalist who is passionate about people, thrives in the field, and enjoys building trusted relationships across a diverse workforce. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Cerritos, California
, supporting multiple locations throughout California. As an HR Generalist
, you'll spend time in the field partnering directly with employees, supervisors, and leaders to foster an engaging workplace, ensure compliance, and support our people throughout every stage of the employee journey.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Generalist serves as a trusted business partner, providing hands‑on support while helping cultivate the Verde Vibes across every location.

• Support a respectful, safe, and positive work environment across multiple California locations.
• Partner with leaders on workplace concerns, investigations, and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate and support workers' compensation claims and leave of absence administration.
• Deliver HR guidance with fairness, consistency, and integrity.

• Support efficient HR operations through accurate documentation and organized record‑keeping.
• Maintain compliance with California employment laws and company policies.

As an HR Generalist
, you'll:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers across multiple worksites.
• Conduct regular site visits to support frontline teams and leaders.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the full recruitment process for hourly and salaried positions.
• Coordinate engaging new hire orientations that set employees up for success from day one.
• Support performance management, coaching conversations, disciplinary processes, and performance improvement plans.
• Deliver HR training on harassment prevention, workplace policies, compliance, and other employee development topics.
• Coach leaders on documentation, communication, and consistent application of company policies.
• Help create an employee experience that reflects the Verde Vibes every day.
