Epic Reporting Analyst​/Systems Analyst Senior Advisor

Position Overview

The Epic Reporting Analyst/Systems Analyst Senior Advisor is responsible for defining and managing Business Systems projects. This role requires in-office presence 1–2 days per week, with hybrid work options for candidates within commuting distance. The position is not eligible for current or future visa sponsorship.

• Define functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of systems.
• Create and perform feature testing and determine environmental needs.
• Act as the link between technical and business perspectives, ensuring technical solutions satisfy business needs.
• Partner with business, architecture, and infrastructure teams and oversee service levels to ensure satisfaction.
• Leverage in‑depth knowledge of tools used for system solutions.
• Define detailed design components with high‑level architecture blueprints.
• Coordinate integration activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor systems effectively and define development strategy, standards, and support tools.
• Proactively work with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8years of experience documenting requirements and/or building test cases across multiple technologies.

• Epic Certification in Clarity/Caboodle.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Rational tools, Six Sigma, or other process‑improvement training.

Salary range in California: $135,148 to $202,722. Total rewards include benefits, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution, and other competitive offerings.
