Position Title

Epic Reporting Analyst/ Systems Analyst Senior Advisor

This role requires associates to be in-office 1–2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility for productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a reasonable commuting distance from an office.

• Define functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.
• Perform feature testing and determine environmental needs.
• Act as the link between technical and business views, ensuring solutions satisfy business needs.
• Partner with business, architecture and infrastructure teams and oversee all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.
• Define detail design components with high‑level architecture blueprints.
• Coordinate integration activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Ensure effective monitoring of systems.
• Define development strategy, standards and support tools.
• Proactively work with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.

Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 8 years experience documenting requirements and/or building test cases; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Epic Certification in Clarity/Caboodle strongly preferred.
• Experience with SQL strongly preferred.
• Experience with Rational tools, Six Sigma or other process improvement training strongly preferred.

Salary range: $135,148 to $202,722.
