About the Role:

We are looking for aProduct Repair Techniciantoservice repairs ofInBodyproducts as well as perform general maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.

You willbe responsible for providing technical solutionsregardingoperational and troubleshooting aspects to our clients.

Youwill inspect, repair, calibrate, assemble, and disassemble equipment while accurately tracking returned products andmaintainingservice records.

This is a full-time, onsite position at our officelocatedin Cerritos, CA, reporting tothe

Product

Repair Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-house product service repairs on professional and non-professional medical equipment
  • Track, organize,and log returned products (including consumer returns, internal equipment, and customer devices)
  • Coordinate and organize the shipping and receiving of products
  • Provide maintenance which includes, but are not limited to, technical inspections, repair, and calibrations
  • Assemble and disassemble of products for service repairs
  • Prepare reports and other data foraccurateinformation and recordkeeping
  • Work with team members and other departmentsregardingtechnical and customer service-related issues
Essential

Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in product support or repair, preferably in the medical device or electronics field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team while also remaining self-motivated and working independently
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

  • Knowledge of CRM or help desk/ticketing systems
