The Janitorial Attendant is responsible for keeping all areas of the facility clean, safe and orderly on a daily basis. This helps ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for staff and visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms and common area
• Sweep, dust, mop, wipe, and vacuum floor, surfaces and fixtures
• Empty trash throughout the facility and receptacles. Ensure proper waste disposal
• Restock toiletries, break-room supplies and cleaning supplies as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and company cleaning standards including report any maintenance issue throughout the facility

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Reliability and time management
• Attention to detail
• Safe and proper use of cleaning supplies/equipment
• Physical capability

• Prior cleaning, janitorial, custodial knowledge (1 year +)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
• Physically lift 20lbs, stand, bend, and move for extended period of time

• Strong attention to detail and committing high standard of cleanliness
• Flexibility with work schedule (Days, Evenings, Nights and Weekends)
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, supplies and equipment, with knowledge of safe handling procedures

A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. At REVOLVE we all roll up our sleeves to pitch-in and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Each day is a little different, it’s what keeps us on our toes and excited to come to work every day.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $19/hr - $20/hr.
