Salaried Management Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation operations in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sanitation leadership experience and strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee sanitation operations and sanitation teams.
Develop and maintain sanitation programs, SSOPs, and cleaning procedures.
Ensure compliance with SQF, GFSI, FSMA, HACCP, GMPs, and OSHA standards.
Manage allergen control and environmental monitoring programs.
Ensure proper chemical handling, storage, and safety procedures.
Conduct inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Train and coach sanitation employees on safety and food safety procedures.
Monitor sanitation performance and maintain accurate documentation.
Coordinate sanitation activities across multiple facilities or shifts as needed.
Partner with Quality, Production, and Operations teams to maintain a safe and sanitary facility.
Qualifications3–5 years of sanitation leadership experience in food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of SQF/GFSI, FSMA, HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, allergen control, and environmental monitoring.
Knowledge of chemical safety and OSHA requirements.
Previous experience managing multiple facilities or shifts preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel between locations as needed.
Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or off-shifts based on operational needs.

Leadership / People Management Language:
Spanish Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA)
OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) compliance
