Revolve is a fashion retailer serving Millennial and Generation Z consumers.

• Ensure top priority trends and elements are optimally represented in the overall assortment for the site.
• Maintain knowledge of women’s RTW brands and current trends.
• Plan and select assortment based on customer needs, trends, competitors and merchandising with minimal supervision.
• Analyze sales history and inventory levels to determine needed products.
• Oversee re-cuts, re-orders, and re-colors; follow calendar and key deadlines; manage brand budget and category/sku accounting with macro budget in mind; identify opportunities and risks in-season through sales performance analysis.
• Train, manage and support Purchasing Assistant.
• Balance multiple brands while thinking strategically with strong attention to detail.
• Review sales results to strategize timely markdowns and slow-seller RAs; manage buys, purchase orders and order approvals in collaboration with upper management and analyst.

• Ability to balance multiple brands and initiatives.
• Negotiate with vendors on RA’s, sell-through guarantees, and trade discounts; demonstrate critical thinking.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills, good judgment, creativity, and organization.
• Develop strong, synergistic relationships with a range of teams and personnel.
• Strong understanding and interest in industry trends.
• Proficient in email (preferably Gmail) and Microsoft Office.
• 1–3 years of women’s buying experience and work experience as a buyer is required.
• Ability to apply retail math concepts, including markup, margin, planning, open-to-buy, and inventory productivity measures.

• Work experience as a Buyer.
• Strong knowledge of and ability to apply retail math concepts: markup, margin planning, open-to-buy, and inventory productivity measures.
• Proficiency in email (preferably Gmail) and Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business.
• 3–5 years of women’s buying experience, preferably within the RTW space.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary rate is $80,000–$85,000 per year.
