Pandora is seeking a Counter Manager for our Macy’s Shop-in-Shop in Cerritos, CA. You will lead a team of part-time Sales Associates and Sales Leads, drive counter sales, and coach teammates to deliver exceptional fan experiences that nurture loyalty and repeat business.
You will manage scheduling, inventory, and visual presentation while ensuring Pandora and Macy’s standards are met. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required, with meaningful base + bonus and benefits.
