Sales Planning & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Sales Planning & Forecasting
  • Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with company targets
  • Analyze historical sales data, trends, and market conditions to generate accurate forecasts
  • Support annual budget planning and rolling forecast processes
• Sales Performance Analysis
  • Track sales performance against targets
  • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations
• Incentive & Commission Support
  • Support sales incentive and commission plan administration
  • Track commission calculations, eligibility, and payout accuracy
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR to ensure compliance and timely payments
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales leadership to support territory, channel, and account planning
  • Work with Marketing on promotions, campaigns, and demand generation analysis
  • Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to align inventory and installation capacity with sales demand

• Experience in rental, subscription-based, appliance, or consumer durable goods industries
• Experience supporting multi-channel sales (direct, retail, field sales, B2B) is preferred
• Familiarity with commission structures and incentive plans
• 5+ years of experience in sales planning, sales operations, business analysis, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders
• Korean-English bilingual is highly preferred

Salary range: $75K~$90K
