As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a vital role in supporting daily customer account operations and ensuring smooth, accurate fulfillment of client orders. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing customer quotes, reviewing pricing, delivery details, and quote terms
• Processing customer purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Managing order status through backlog and open‑order reports in internal systems and customer portals
• Tracking and following up on quote logs, open orders, and customer inquiries
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure on‑time delivery
• Serving as a key liaison between customers and suppliers
• Supporting the sales team by responding to, processing, and documenting Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
• Assisting the field sales team with business development initiatives
• Providing exceptional account management to both new and existing customers

• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent written communication skills, especially via email
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
