Technology Sales Account Executive Position Summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding relationships within existing accounts. This role focuses on solution-based selling, emphasizing IT and AV services, hardware, and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate is skilled in sales strategy, business development, client engagement, and communication. The successful candidate will be able to effectively present and sell GST's IT and AV solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business accounts and IT/AV sales opportunities.
  • Drive profitability and revenue growth for target accounts in collaboration with the inside sales team.
  • Deliver in-depth customer technology roadmaps and work with account teams to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Develop strong partnerships with IT and AV vendors/OEMs to optimize joint selling initiatives.
  • Build solid relationships with decision-makers and influencers at all organizational levels within target accounts.
  • Collaborate with the internal team on sales strategies, account trends, opportunity development, and quote coordination.
  • Manage day-to-day account activities and long-term sales strategy.
  • Perform other account management duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing field sales.
  • Previous experience selling technology hardware or software products.
  • Experience selling complex technical or integrated solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and client engagement capabilities.
  • Experience navigating budget cycles, procurement processes, and client approvals.
