Role Description
Insta Graphic Systems has an exciting career opportunity in Sales. We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-starting individual to our growing team as a Corporate Sales Representative, preferably someone with a background in embellishing sportswear and decorated apparel. As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive the growth of the domestic markets.
This person must have three to five years of experience in Sales, strong people skills, and the ability to build credibility with both internal and external customers. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and account management skills to effectively analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities include
:
- Create new market opportunities and drive sales for custom heat transfers, and heat press machines, domestically and internationally.
- Manage customers to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Directly support new and existing customers on product specifications, features, and pricing.
Make product recommendations based on the customers’ needs. - Build an active prospect list to increase market penetration for new and existing markets.
- Develop business relationships with prospects, customers and distributors to provide solutions and grow sales.
- Proactive account management, building and maintaining long lasting client relationships.
- Provide critical information to marketing and management including market trends and competitive activity.
- Engage with marketing to develop strategies and approaches for our products and services.
Assist in writing blogs and articles to support the company - Gain in-depth knowledge of competitors and marketplace.
- Identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend domestic and international trade shows. Promote sales through personal visits, trade shows, web-based presentations and referrals.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecast, metrics and budget with accuracy and analytical detail.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing reasonable requests of management.
Education, Experience and Competencies
Experience:3 - 5 years of experience in sales, and technical sales experience a plus.
Core Competencies:
- Must have strong people skills; be able to build credibility with both internal and external customers.
- Good working knowledge of heat press machines and custom heat transfers.
- Must have effective communication, organization, interpersonal and team building skills and be able to manage/prioritize multiple accounts in a rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills; be able to mitigate gaps and issues with creative and effective solutions.
- Must possess math skills for quoting purposes.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Must be skilled working with customers located in both US and foreign countries and be able to clearly communicate via email, telephone call, Whats App, and personal meetings.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills. Must be proficient in organizing formal sales presentations.
- Must be goal-oriented self-starter working with minimal supervision.

Other:
- Approximately 20% of the year is required to travel domestically or internationally for trade shows or customer visits.
