Job Title: Senior Account Manager, Inside Sales (3 Month Assignment)
Location: Cerritos, CA
Pay Range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

• Manage inside sales and account management activities for assigned customer accounts
• Support quote-to-order and order-to-cash workflows using SAP SD and Salesforce CRM
• Coordinate pricing, orders, and customer inquiries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues, RMAs, or rework as needed
• Maintain accurate account, order, and sales data while providing high-quality customer support

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or Sales Operations
• Proficiency with SAP SD (2+ years)
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (2+ years)
• Knowledge of quote-to-order and order-to-cash processes
• US Person status (ITAR/EAR compliance requirement)
