Our client, an innovative manufacturer serving the aerospace, defense, industrial, and technology sectors, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join their team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting their Inside Sales and Customer Services Team. The ideal candidate is pro-active with a sense of urgency, is data driven and a natural leader, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $120k-$150k/yr
What’s the Job?
- Lead and mentor Inside Sales and Customer Service teams
- Drive sales performance, forecasting, and KPI management
- Own customer relationships, onboarding, and issue resolution
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Outside Sales teams
- Develop strategic sales plans and support revenue growth
What’s Needed?
- Proven Sales Leader
- 5+ years experience in similar role
- BA/BS or equivalent
- Experience building customer relationships, coaching teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
- Professional selling experience in the electro-mechanical components industry is a plus
