• M-F 8am - 5pm

• Oversee daily inside sales activities including quoting, order management, and customer follow-up.
• Drive revenue growth by maximizing opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business development.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsiveness, accuracy, and service excellence.
• Partner closely with Outside Sales to support territory growth and account strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 5–8+ years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance in inside sales, customer service, or account management environments.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or technical product sales preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
