Internet Sales Team Lead
The Internet Sales Team Lead develops and implements effective strategies to drive online sales growth, leveraging various digital platforms and tools.
Lead Management:
Manage inbound sales leads received through website inquiries, emails, chat, and other online channels. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, providing information, scheduling appointments, and guiding customers through the buying process.
Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with online customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations to facilitate a seamless purchasing experience.
Sales Conversion:
Utilize persuasive communication skills and product knowledge to convert online leads into sales. Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and post-sale follow-up. Maintain regular communication to address any concerns, answer questions, and promote repeat business and referrals.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team, management, and other departments to ensure alignment of online and offline sales efforts. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to optimize processes and enhance overall sales performance.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics affecting online sales. Conduct regular analysis of sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
CRM Utilization:
Effectively utilize eLead CRM system to manage leads, track sales activities, and streamline processes. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting to support decision-making and performance analysis.
Team Leadership:
Train, mentor, and support sales staff in effective online sales techniques, lead management best practices, and customer engagement strategies. Provide ongoing guidance and feedback to ensure team success.

This position may work in on both a covered area (showroom) and outdoor area when vehicles may be stored or on display
Safety Sensitive Position - The essential functions of this position require a person to work with hazardous or flammable materials; AND/OR to complete tasks in which a lapse of attention could result in injury, including without limitation the operating, repairing, maintaining, or monitoring of heavy equipment, machinery, or motor vehicles.
May be required to do limited traveling, primarily for training purposes
High School Diploma or equivalent; and one to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior retail experience is required.
Associate's degree (A.
A.) or equivalent; and one to three year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior retail experience in a dealership is preferred.
Manufacturer training is preferred but not required
