• Sales Experience Associate – Regular, part‑time retail

• Greet customers with a welcoming, energetic attitude and initiate a personalized concierge experience.
• Ask open‑ended questions to uncover customer needs, recommend appropriate Samsung products, and guide them through the entire sales journey.
• Demonstrate technical skills: basic device troubleshooting, diagnose mobile device issues, and facilitate service tickets.
• Upsell product bundles and complementary items to encourage additional purchases and achieve personal sales goals.
• Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and positive word‑of‑mouth.
• Handle customer escalations with empathy, turning negative experiences into positive solutions.
• Complete all product, services, and soft‑skills training to become a Samsung expert.
