Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns;
Monitor access points, observe site activity, and document incidents, observations, and/or daily operations according to post instructions;
Support Allied Universal standards by following assigned post orders, reporting maintenance or security-related issues, and assisting with directions and general site information as appropriate
