Better Earth is seeking a skilled solar installer to lead crews in assembling, installing, and maintaining residential PV systems on rooftops and structures in accordance with design plans. You will travel as needed, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and participate in safety trainings, with a 90-day contract and potential full-time hire.
Responsibilities include assembling components, mounting racking and electrical equipment, maintaining a clean site, and using PPE properly.
