Fleet Service Valet

Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional valet to assist with the movement of commercial vehicles, coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, and support the team with basic documentation related to transfers. This position is essential to providing a smooth and efficient customer experience and ensuring our fleet operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and transport commercial vehicles within dealership premises and to/from external locations as needed.
• Greet commercial clients and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up procedures.
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles upon arrival and departure, noting any damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot and vehicle staging areas.
• Operate a variety of vehicles including large trucks and vans with professionalism and care.
• Support the department with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience driving large or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of paperwork and documentation related to vehicle service or transfers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions.
