LocalRoutes No Freight to Move Compensation:
- $30 per hour + Shift Differential + OT + Quarterly Bonus up to $5,200/yr
- Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure, and level‑up development programs
- Wednesday - Friday (3×12s), 9:00 am start time
- 1 overnight/hotel stay per week, as needed

Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
- Safely connect truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil
- Use company‑issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
- Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
- Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
- Strong safety mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
- 2+ years of CDL‑regulated driving experience.
- Bilingual.
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.
Safe Driving Record (Past 36 months):
- Limited or no MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
Zero Tolerance (Past 5 years):
- No DUI/DWI convictions.
- No speeding over 100 mph.
Drug & Alcohol Compliance:
- Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen.
- Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
