What You’ll Do- Operate a 24′ box truck & forklift
- Deliver flowers, plants, and other nursery related items
- Use a forklift to load/offload
- Assist in warehouse operations
- Pick, pack, and shrink wrap
- Move and stage freight for shipping
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear MVR
- 1 year of 24′ box truck delivery driving experience (within the past 3 years)
- No more than 1 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
- No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)

As a Non-CDL Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.
A Non-CDL Driver is responsible for transporting goods safely, efficiently, and professionally while supporting the movement of products throughout the supply chain. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.
Successful Non-CDL Driver candidates understand vehicle operation, transportation regulations, and defensive driving practices while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting delivery schedules. Strong time management and sound decision-making help drivers adapt to changing road and weather conditions.
