Your Role
We are looking for an energetic, effective  Personal Assistant  to join our team at Technogym Village (Cesena). You will help Senior Managers/Directors stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues and acting as PMO on strategic projects pertaining to the relative Business Unit.

As Personal Assistant, you will anticipate the needs of your Manager/Director, using strong communication skills needed to interact with different stakeholders across teams and departments. In addition to being well-organized and analytical, you have strong business judgment, the ability to take action without guidance and great time management skills.

Your Impact

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing their schedule, ongoing projects, handling correspondence, and prioritizing tasks

Greetand direct qualified visitors, answering questions, and responding to complaints and requests

Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, managing emails, and responding to inquiries on behalf of the Director

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for the Director - this may involve preparing agendas, arranging logistics and ensuring that all necessary materials area available

Draft, edit, and proofread documents such as memos, reports, presentations, and correspondence

Make travel arrangements for the Director, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times, especially when dealing with sensitive business matters or executive decisions

Maintain and organize records, files and documents related to the Director's activities, ensuring that information is accurate and easily accessible

Assist the Director in coordinating and managing special projects or initiatives, including tracking deadlines, gathering information, and providing administrative support as needed

Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Director and other departments or teams within the organization, ensuring that information flows smoothly and tasks are completed efficiently

About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law, Languages or Economics

A working knowledge of and experience with administrative and clerical procedures and systems

Good proficiency with digital tools

Proficiency in English (minimum level required C1 CEFR)

Familiarity with office equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

Good analytical , problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Dedication and strong attention to detail
