ricerca per importante realtà operante nel settore alimentare, un/a: ADDETTO/A BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE ESTERO Il/ la candidato/a si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Gestione delle relazioni telefoniche con clienti
Inserimento ordini clienti nel gestionale
Gestione e aggiornamento delle offerte
Aggregazione ordini per pianificazione produzione
Supporto alla produzione: verifica mancanze, urgenze, camion in partenza
Gestione delle non conformità e dei resi e ritiri aggiuntivi
La risorsa ideale è in possesso del diploma di maturità e ha maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruoli di back office commerciale e possiede un ottimo livello della lingua inglese. Completano il profilo un'ottima padronanza di Excel e del pacchetto office e capacità organizzative e di problem solving. La risorsa sarà assunta con inserimento diretto in azienda e con inquadramento commisurato all'esperienza.
