ADMA Partners  is an independent financial advisory firm assisting companies, groups, families, public institutions and investment funds in extraordinary finance transactions: mergers & acquisitions, debt advisory and restructuring, and capital markets transactions (IPOs, delistings, minibond issuances, etc.).

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our team and support execution activities on M&A and financial advisory transactions.

The Analyst will work on acquisitions, disposals, mergers and capital raising processes, liaising with clients, external advisors and multidisciplinary internal teams, and will contribute to the preparation of financial analyses, marketing materials and transaction documentation.

What you will be doing:
supporting the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions;
building and updating financial models (DCF, comparable company analysis, LBO);
analysing financial and business data to prepare transaction documents (financial modelling, info memos, investment memoranda, teasers, management presentations);
coordinating operational activities related to due diligence processes;
market research and industry analysis;
managing relationships with clients, counter parties and the other advisors involved.

The profile we are looking for:
Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering (final grade of at least 100/110);
at least 1 year of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services or strategy consulting (candidates with a relevant internship background are also welcome);
Italian high school diploma from a  liceo classico  or  liceo scientifico  (final grade of at least 90/100);
strong Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint skills, and the ability to communicate complex, multi-layered topics in a simple and clear way;
fluent written and spoken English;
accuracy, analytical rigour and the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure;
strong motivation and a desire for professional and personal growth;
candidates with an interest in sport and reading are preferred.
