Area Supervisor

Join the MPW team! We’re looking for a dependable Area Supervisor to lead field operations and support our Water Purification teams across multiple project sites. In this role, you’ll combine hands‑on technical expertise with leadership, safety oversight, and customer‑focused service to ensure systems operate reliably and meet contractual performance standards.

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, ideally within water purification or industrial systems
• A proactive, problem‑solving approach in fast‑paced field environments
• Clear communication skills and a customer‑first attitude

• Supervise and support Site and Field Service Technicians across assigned project locations
• Travel to job sites to provide hands‑on technical assistance, troubleshooting, and system support
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and MPW operational standards
• Perform and assist with service tasks such as chemical handling, pipe assembly, and pump or membrane maintenance
• Monitor system performance, calibrate water quality equipment, and review operational data
• Complete PC‑based reports on technician performance, system operations, and regional activity

• Technical experience related to water purification, mechanical systems, or chemical processes
• Previous experience leading field teams or overseeing multi‑site operations preferred
• Knowledge of safety compliance, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting practices
• Ability to manage priorities, travel frequently, and work independently
• Strong written, digital, and reporting skills
