Compensation:
Up to $25.00 per hour including base hourly rate, commissions, and incentives.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience for each visitor to the store.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services.
• Generate sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained, satisfying customers’ needs thoroughly.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks.
• Complete all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for staff.
• Develop professional skills to take on additional responsibilities that may lead to career advancement.

• 1+ year of experience in a similar retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in previous sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and products as well as customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations within the assigned district as business requires.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
