Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour, equal to or exceeding local minimum wage.
• Additional compensation:
  Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season or specific work.

Remodel associates assist with remodel processes, including working with the fixture warehouse, dismantling and setting up new fixtures and displays, and cleaning remodeled areas. They also assist customers while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
