Game Stop - 8700 West Judge Perez Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs, recommending additional items as appropriate.;
Fully support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.;
Collaborate with the store team to ensure all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and transfers from stock room to selling floor, ensuring items are well-presented and alphabetized.;
Meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals while addressing guest questions and concerns and escalating issues when needed.
