Skechers S.a.r.l. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support accurate Swiss payroll processing and ensure compliance.
You will combine technical payroll knowledge with strategic input for growth and oversee the outsourced retail payroll (~40 employees) with Talenture. Based in Switzerland (Zug/Cham), you will work with HR Partners to manage lifecycle events, statutory payments, pensions, and benefits while maintaining data integrity in Workday and driving continuous improvement in payroll
