- Develop installation master plan elements to ensure alignment with installation missions, industrial development principles, and long-range facility goals.
- Conduct field investigations and facility assessments to determine scoping requirements for major maintenance, site upgrades, and the evaluation of construction completeness.
- Calculate project cost estimates and Independent Government Estimates (IGEs) to establish accurate budgetary baselines and economic justifications for proposed construction and repair projects.
- Direct cross-functional planning teams and stakeholder meetings to coordinate collateral requirements, resolve design problems, and ensure successful project delivery and beneficial occupancy.
