ABOUT THE ROLE
F&M Trust is seeking a detail‑oriented Wealth Services Specialist to join our Wealth Management team. In this role, you will support Wealth Advisors by delivering exceptional administrative and client service support, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients.
You will leverage your expertise to:
- Maintain accurate client records and support daily account administration.
- Assist with new and existing wealth management accounts, including IMAs, IRAs, and Trust/Guardianship accounts.
- Prepare and process disbursements, distributions, RMD notices, and essential client documentation.
- Monitor account cash flows and alert advisors of unusual activity or overdraft risks.
- Respond promptly to client and internal inquiries while upholding Reach for MORE service standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (business curriculum preferred).
- One year of investment and trust experience or equivalent combination of experience and technical education.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with personal computers and standard office equipment.
- Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and maintain accuracy.
