We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking general laborers to join our team. Associates will perform a variety of production and packaging duties in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities may include inspecting eggs for quality, packing products, and assisting with general production operations.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime as needed

Skills and experience:

• Stand at the inspection belt near the egg peeler and inspect eggs for quality.
• Identify and remove unpeeled eggs, damaged eggs, and other product defects.
• Manually pack eggs into tubs, bags, and other packaging containers.
• Maintain production standards and quality requirements.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
