Description:
Schedule Requirements: 3x12-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM. On-call duty with a 30-minute response required. Weekends and holidays as needed.
Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine clinical fit. If the clinical assessment is passed and meets guidelines, candidates will be sent to the manager for the final decision. Manager will conduct interviews. Floating may be required as needed. Call requirements are in place with a 30-minute response time. COVID-19 vaccination is required, with medical or religious exemptions allowed.
Flu vaccination is also required, with medical or religious exemptions only. Tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
Additional information:
Must be able to care for a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily patient load varies. This role requires experience with a range of surgical procedures, including but not limited to abdominal surgery, orthopedic surgery, and gynecological procedures. Experience with robotic-assisted surgery is a plus. Strong infection control practices and the ability to respond to emergencies are expected.
Continuous education and professional development are encouraged. Candidate must possess the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations are essential for this role.
