Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensure products are consistent with company quality standards;
Conduct periodic food safety audits;
Provide on-going coaching and feedback to crew on customer service, product quality, and speed of service;
Shares day-to-day responsibility for cash procedures such as bank deposits, making change, opening/closing safe and verifying drawers;
Conduct daily inventory, complete shift-to-shift food safety audit, set up daily control sheets, monitor facility and equipment readiness
