Sales & Admissions Coordinator
Full-Time / Non-Exempt / Pay based on experience
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales & Admissions Coordinator serves as the operational hub of the Sales & Admissions Department by coordinating daily operations, supporting the prospect and admissions journey, and partnering across departments to deliver a seamless, person-centered experience for prospective residents, current residents, families, referral partners, and team members.
What you'll do:
- Provide administrative and operational support for the Sales & Admissions team, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, CRM management, workflow coordination, and maintaining accurate departmental records.
- Serve as a key point of contact for prospective residents, families, referral partners, and visitors by coordinating communication, appointments, follow-up, and delivering a welcoming, service-focused experience.
- Collaborate with Sales, Admissions, Communications, Clinical Services, and other departments to support departmental priorities, process improvements, occupancy initiatives, and a seamless resident experience.
- Coordinate logistics and administrative details for events, educational programs, move-ins, outreach activities, and other engagement initiatives while ensuring projects and workflows remain organized and on track.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Associates Degree, required; equivalent sales support or administrative experience may be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field, preferred.
- 2+ years of recent experience in a customer service, sales support, health care, hospitality or related role, preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other electronic record systems, required.
- Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, required.
- Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment, required.
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and workflows, required.
- Collaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanor, required.

Shift:
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
- Full-time, Non-exempt
- Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
