Help

Assemble, disassemble and reassemble radars, computers, control vans, and electronic field maintenance equipment. Inspects, diagnoses malfunctions, troubleshoots to locate causes, and determines if items are economical for repair.

Troubleshoot and diagnose both mechanical and electronic malfunctions.

Modify and align the assemblies/subassemblies and associated equipment such as antenna systems, electronic cabinets, digital signal processors, and interconnecting circuitry.

Accomplish checkout and alignment of the electronic equipment comprising the maintenance test sets and shop sets.

Perform certified soldering operations in accordance with IPC J-Standards.

Make operational tests and adjustments prior to releasing equipment for integration into complete systems. Plan the use of workers, equipment, facilities, materials and tools.
