The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment using an RF scanner. This position requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Use an RF scanner (handheld barcode scanner) to locate, pick, and verify products.
* Accurately pick customer orders according to order specifications.
* Pack products securely and prepare shipments for delivery.
* Verify item quantities, product codes, and order accuracy.
* Label packages and prepare shipping documentation as needed.
* Replenish inventory and stock warehouse locations.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
* Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts when required.
* Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors.
