Job Title: Facilities Coordinator 2

Duration: 3 months contract to hire

Location: Atlanta, GA 30326

Pay Rate: $21 - $22 per hour

Job description

The Workplace Associate provides comprehensive workplace management services to create a best-in-class experience while supporting routine facility operations. As the first point of contact at Reception, this pivotal role delivers authentic service experiences that strengthen the bond, our clients, and their guests. The position involves continuous monitoring of facility conditions, procurement management, work order coordination, and welcoming employees with genuine hospitality.

This role maintains smooth operations through exceptional customer service, thoughtful administrative support, and execution of duties to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front desk / reception role providing a welcoming, professional experience for employees and visitors
  • First point of contact: answer phones, greet guests, manage visitor registration
  • Support day-to-day facility operations and Workplace Management team
  • Monitor office conditions and coordinate maintenance and work orders
  • Schedule and communicate with vendors and service providers
  • Assist with meeting room scheduling and conference support
  • Manage work order systems and invoice processing (CMMS/Corrigo preferred)
  • Handle mail and package distribution
  • Maintain kitchen and break areas (stocking, cleanliness, supply ordering)
  • Administer badge access and follow safety/HSSE guidelines
Requirements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
    Excel reporting preferred
  • Experience with CMMS/work order systems is a plus
  • Facilities or property admin experience preferred, not required
