Job Summary
Wisemen Multimedia, LLC is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, clients, and business partners. The Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the daily administrative operations of the corporate office. This position requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming appearance.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate courier services as needed.
- Schedule and maintain conference room reservations.
- Assist with meeting preparation, including room setup and hospitality arrangements.
- Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures for guest access.
- Order and monitor office and breakroom supplies.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources and other departments as assigned.
- Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, copying, and document preparation.
- Perform other administrative duties to support daily business operations.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum one (1) year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred
- Associate degree.
- Experience working in a corporate office environment.
- Experience with visitor management or office management systems.
