Job Summary

Wisemen Multimedia, LLC is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, clients, and business partners. The Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the daily administrative operations of the corporate office. This position requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming appearance.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate courier services as needed.
  • Schedule and maintain conference room reservations.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including room setup and hospitality arrangements.
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures for guest access.
  • Order and monitor office and breakroom supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources and other departments as assigned.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, copying, and document preparation.
  • Perform other administrative duties to support daily business operations.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one (1) year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred

  • Associate degree.
  • Experience working in a corporate office environment.
  • Experience with visitor management or office management systems.
