• Support the Store Manager to ensure the retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively.
• Enforce established policies, procedures and standards.
• Schedule mechanics and technicians’ work, manage outside orders, and ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs.
• Meet customer expectations and maintain the safety of team members.

• Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians; stage vehicle repair and maintenance work.
• Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under-car repair services.
• Drive sales initiatives and communicate with customers to assess needs and provide information about repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with the in-store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
