Duties include delivering classroom instruction of the course material, updating grade books, and mentoring students to the expectations of the industry.
Two years of in-field experience.
Thorough knowledge of the residential HVAC industry including thermostats, air handlers, furnaces (gas and electric), heat pumps, etc. is required.
Experience in teaching and training adultsEPA and NATE certification are a plus.
Associate degree, Bachelor's degree a plus.
