This role exists to support continued growth in technically demanding aerospace and defense programs.

This role protects delivery performance, technical accuracy, and long-term customer trust.
The Work You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned aerospace and defense customer accounts
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with buyers and engineering teams
- Manage projects from PO receipt through final delivery
- Ensure parts meet drawing, specification, and contractual requirements
- Monitor schedules, priorities, and deadlines across internal departments
- Translate customer requirements into clear direction for machining and quality teams
- Proactively identify and resolve risks before they impact delivery
- Drive on-time delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support long-term account growth and repeat business
You will sit at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer communication—ensuring alignment and execution across the organization.
Machines, Controls & Software ExposureWhile this is not a hands‑on machining role, technical fluency is essential. You’ll collaborate closely with teams working on:
Machining Capabilities:- 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling
- Multi-tasking mill‑turn machining
- Swiss turning
- Tight-tolerance aerospace components
- Pro Shop ERP (preferred)
- Engineering drawings & GD&T
- AS9100 quality processes
Required:
- Experience in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with engineers, buyers, and shop‑floor teams
- Proactive, detail-driven problem solver
Strongly Preferred:
- Aerospace industry experience
- Project management or program coordination background
Preferred (Not Required):
- Engineering degree or technical education
- Familiarity with GD&T and technical drawings
- ERP / MRP system experience
- Aluminum
- Stainless Steel
- Titanium
- Inconel and specialty aerospace alloys
- High-visibility aerospace and defense programs
- Clean, climate-controlled, technologically advanced facility
