Whatyou’ll do
- Perform civil site design for land development projects including water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
- Prepare engineering calculations, grading plans, drainage reports, and construction documents
- Lead permitting efforts and coordinate with local and state regulatory agencies
- Develop technical specifications and bid documents for construction projects
- Manage and execute project tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality goals
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery
- Perform construction administration activities including site visits and coordination with contractors
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to model and refine designs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design
- Strong experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D software applications
- Progressive experience in planning, design, and permitting of civil site development and drainage improvement projects
- Strong understanding of stormwater hydraulics and hydrology
- Experience preparing grading plans, drainage reports, and construction documents
- Ability to write technical specifications and bid documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Client service–oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

On‑site:
Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.;
Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
