We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's appointment calendar.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients.
- Verify patient information and insurance details.
- Coordinate patient intake and discharge processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Handle patient concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required.

Pay$14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
