- Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs.
- Oversee the implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
- Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
- Perform other typical BCBA activities.
- Master's degree.
- Active BCBA certification, required.
- Initiate state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
