Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

We are seeking a
System Administrator – Property Management Systems & Operations to oversee the administration, support, optimization, and implementation of our property management technology platforms and operational systems.

This role serves as the key connection between
property operations, accounting, regional leadership, corporate teams, IT, and technology vendors
. The ideal candidate will have strong multifamily property management experience combined with systems administration, project management, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvement skills.

This is a hands-on role that supports the full property lifecycle, including
acquisitions, onboarding, system migrations, ongoing operations, dispositions, and management transitions
.

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for
  Entrata and other property management and operational platforms.
• Manage system configurations, property settings, users, permissions, integrations, and access across the portfolio.
• Provide day-to-day technical and operational support to property, regional, accounting, and corporate teams.
• Troubleshoot system, reporting, leasing, resident, screening, payment, and workflow issues and coordinate vendor escalations when needed.
• Monitor data integrity, system functionality, and user access and resolve issues promptly.

• Lead and coordinate property management system implementations, migrations, and major technology projects.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, testing procedures, data validation processes, and go-live strategies.
• Coordinate system requirements for
  property acquisitions, onboarding, dispositions, foreclosures, and management transitions
  .
• Manage system offboarding, "go-dark" activities, data retention, historical access, and vendor termination requirements.
• Partner with Operations, Accounting, IT, Marketing, Training, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful implementations and transitions.

• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot operational, financial, investor, and ad hoc reports.
• Conduct data integrity reviews and research discrepancies between system data and reporting.
• Support annual budget uploads and system validation.
• Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, improved efficiency, and better system utilization.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and system reference materials.
• Serve as a primary contact for property technology vendors and manage support cases, implementations, enhancements, and escalations.
• Coordinate software additions, changes, integrations, and vendor transitions.
• Evaluate new system functionality and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendor account managers, implementation teams, and support organizations.

• Manage role-based access and conduct periodic user-access reviews and audits.
• Support security-awareness initiatives, including KnowBe4 and phishing-related activities.
• Train and support onsite, regional, and corporate employees on systems, processes, and new functionality.
• Develop training materials and communicate system changes and process updates.
• Provide post-implementation support and help drive adoption of new systems and workflows.

Experience with one or more of the following platforms is preferred:

Entrata, Real Page, MRI, Yardi, Egnyte, Grace Hill, KnowBe4, Zendesk, resident screening platforms, utility management systems, leasing applications, and related integrations.

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily property management, property management technology, systems administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, including leasing, resident management, screening, reporting, accounting workflows, and property transitions.
• Hands-on experience with
  Entrata, Real Page, MRI, Yardi, or similar property management systems
  .
• Experience managing system implementations, migrations, conversions, or multi-property technology projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with onsite employees through executive leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
