Job Description Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and results-focused Lead Sourcing Specialist to manage and enhance sourcing and procurement operations. This role is essential in overseeing supplier relationships, optimizing costs, facilitating contract negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials.
Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
- Place and follow-up on POs.
- Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
- Manage problems and schedule changes and update ERP accordingly.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that balance cost-effectiveness with product quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring performance and compliance.
- Manage CAPEX sourcing, including equipment, tooling, facilities, and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement timelines and project requirements.
- Oversee bidding processes, contract negotiation, and finalization for capital projects and services.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing supports new product launches efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Manage RFQ processes, supplier selection, and procurement readiness for production ramp-up.
- Implement and monitor Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs to enhance supply continuity and reduce holding costs.
- Evaluate supply chain constraints and negotiate improved lead times through forecasting and capacity planning.
- Oversee procurement activities including RFQs, purchase orders, and contract execution.
- Conduct market research and assessments to inform procurement actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Ability to work in manufacturing and fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Industry-specific experience is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong negotiation, evaluation, and communication skills.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $82,900.00 and $.
The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
