We’re growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Groundskeeper to join our team. If you take pride in keeping outdoor areas clean, safe, and beautiful—and enjoy working outside in all types of weather—this could be the perfect role for you.

• Keep It Clean:
  Walk the property throughout the day to pick up litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and presentable.
• Apartment Turn Support:
  Assist the make-ready process by removing trash and remaining items from vacant units and disposing of them appropriately.
• Maintain Trash Areas:
  Clean and organize trash storage zones and manage trash/recycling containers—pulling them out and returning them per the pickup schedule.
• Resident Communication:
  Help with distributing notices and flyers to residents as needed to support community communication and operations.
• Team Support:
  Work closely with the maintenance and management team to help the property run smoothly.

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or exterior maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and small power equipment safely and effectively
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Dependability and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written/verbal instructions
