Responsibilities- Sales = Maximizes store sales goals verses budget and prior year.
- Profits = Maximizes profit goals verses budget.
- Quality, Service and Cleanliness = Ensures continual improvement in QSC standards on all day parts utilizing appropriate systems.
- Food Safety = Trains, monitors and reinforces food safety procedures with managers and crew.
- Recruitment and Retention = Ensures execution of Human Resource practices.
- Training and Development = Develops subordinates to maximize their contributions and future promotability.
